Services For You are a small, registered Support Coordination service based in Brisbane and servicing participants from Brisbane North through to the Gold Coast. With over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, we are committed to providing high quality support coordination to people living with a disability and their families.

Our mission is to empower and make positive change in people’s lives. Our caseloads are small, allowing us to work closely with our participants and their families to achieve the most from their plan.

To understand what we aim to do as a Support Coordinator it is important to understand the various forms of assistance we provide:

• we work closely with you to unpack your NDIS plan and help you understand how you can use it
• we guide you in selecting local supports that best meet your needs and achieve your goals
• we negotiate service agreements between you and the provider
• we review your support services to ensure they are all working well
• we provide ongoing support to assist you to stay on track
• we focus on helping you exercise choice and control
• we build your capacity to manage your plan
• we help you with using the NDIS portal or working with your plan manger to monitor your funds
• we assist you in planning and preparing for your plan reviews
• we assist you in resolving service issues with providers
• we never stop looking for better ways to ensure your NDIS plan is working for you
